As Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of 1RACE, Mr. Rabb oversees the Firm’s Investments, Acquisitions, and Corporate & Governance Divisions. In addition to Co-Founding 1RACE, Mr. Rabb is the CEO & Founder of Interculture, Inc., a strategy advisory firm that serves governments, corporations, and foundations. Mr. Rabb has extensive experience designing strategies for impact investment and outcomes measurement. His real estate experience includes 9% tax credits (LIHTC), opportunistic and value-add redevelopment, and a variety of mixed-use real estate development projects, services for investors and impact oriented corporate clients. Separately, Mr. Rabb oversees corporate strategy at Interculture, which includes media, sports and entertainment advisory, philanthropic investment advisory, diplomatic relations, and domestic and foreign economic development advisory. He has placed a considerable measure of focus on talent development- investing in young entrepreneurs alongside athletes and entertainers, while implementing effective models for positive impact on communities. Mr. Rabb’s efforts have resulted in serving more than 15,000 people suffering from addiction as well as the creation of thousands of affordable housing units while creating jobs for re-entering citizens and disenfranchised Americans.
