Ron currently serves on four Public Boards: KBS REITs II and III: two public, non-traded REITS focused in the office sector. CPRIM for Conversus StepStone Private Markets, a public investment company focused on investing in “alternative” asset investments for qualified retail investors; primarily investing in private equity secondaries and sponsor co-investments and CSPRING for Conversus StepStone Private Venture and Growth, a public investment company focused on investing in “venture” asset investments for qualified retail investors; primarily investing in venture equity secondaries and early stage venture investments. Ron is formerly Bank of America Corporation's Head of Business Integration and Community Engagement. Working for the CEO, Ron ran the Market President network that focused on delivering Bank of America's eight lines of business in 91 key markets. He increased the number of referrals across business lines from 1.0 million to 5.6 million over three years. Prior to this, Ron was a Legacy Asset Servicing Executive and was the head of the Division created by Bank of America Corporation to resolve legacy mortgage issues following Bank of America's acquisition of Countrywide Financial and Merrill Lynch during the financial crisis and the downturn in the US housing markets. Selected by CEO (Brian Moynihan), Ron reported to the CEO and was on the 12-person Bank of America Corporation Management Committee. At one point, over 20% of Bank of America employees reported to Ron and were engaged in assisting customers in need during the mortgage crisis. He negotiated, settled, and paid over $71 billion in fees, penalties, and fines to resolve mortgage litigation issues. Ron also served as Bank of America's Global Head of Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Investment Banking and was the head of commercial and investment banking before and after the merger with Merrill Lynch. Ron has an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in Engineering from Stanford University.
